Welcome to Cale Green Surgery Online
Covid-19 Vaccination Cohort Info
We encourage everyone in cohorts 1-9 to book your 1st Covid-19 vaccination as soon as possible.
You can see the latest guidance for each group on the Stockport Clinical Commissioning Group Covid-19 Vaccination Programme Information webpage by clicking here.
We are currently following NHS guidelines which set out who receives their vaccination and when, so please be patient and you will be contacted by your practice when it is your turn.
Thank you for your patience whilst we work through these groups, we understand that this is an anxious time for you and your loved ones but you can be certain that nobody will be left behind.
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, GP and Nursing appointments may be conducted via telephone or video consultation.
We are continuing to hold face-to-face appointments where safe and appropriate to do so.
Thank you for your cooperation during these times.
Welcome to our practice website. We aim to provide all of our patients with a comprehensive range of healthcare services covering one-off problems to longer term illnesses. Feel free to explore the site and find out how you and your family can benefit from our personal and professional approach to healthcare provision.
As well as being able to see when we are open at the click of a mouse we’ve made it easier for you to do a number of things. Check out how to order a repeat prescription or cancel your appointment online.
Registering is easy with online forms also available and appointment slots to suit most patients’ timetables. You’ll enjoy a confidential service in comfortable surroundings from a helpful and dedicated team.
Appointments for Ill Children
The Practice reserves appointments each day for sick children. These appointments are used for acutely ill children and are released on the day (please note that these appointments are not bookable in advance). You will always be given an appointment for a sick child or you will be able to speak to the doctor on-call who will ring you back.

Updates to our data privacy policies and terms and conditions
(GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation)
You have probably heard about a major change to data privacy laws in the UK taking effect from 25th May 2018. The General Data Protection Regulations, known as GDPR, enable you to have more control over how your data is used and how we make contact with you.
We may already have a mobile number recorded for you on our records, obtained at the time you registered with us, or subsequently as part of our routine interaction with you. Within the parameters of this 'implied consent' we will continue to use this number to make contact with you regarding your medical care and to enable you to receive SMS messages from the surgery for appointment reminders or other matters relating to your registration as a patient at the practice. Those contact details will not be divulged to a third party. If you no longer want us to contact you in this way please inform our reception team so that your medical records can be updated. There is nothing that you need to do as unless you notify us differently, your existing contact details will remain on your GP health record for use in this way. It is also important to make sure that you tell us about any changes to your contact details as we will always use the details that we have on your record until we are informed differently.
Our updated policies also explain the following :
- The type of personal information we collect and how we use it
- The legal grounds that exist for using it
- Your rights in relation to the information we hold about you and how you can access it
Please click on the Further Information - General Data Protection Regulations tab on the right hand side for more information.
